I have been MIA for awhile now. If I had to sum up 2025 in one word, it would be CHANGE! And, as we all know, change is hard. I lost Russ in December and then had to move in June.
I went through a lot of emotions and just seemed to lose interest in being creative. I'm trying hard to get my mojo back.
After the move to a new home, I have craft stuff spread from one end of the garage to the other. Crafting has been like a scavenger hunt! But, I'm working on getting my act together.

If you know me very well, you know that I am my own worst critic. I love the creative process, but it sometimes takes me a while to "perfect" it.
What you might not know about me is that I have Macular Degeneration (MD) AND cataracts. MD blocks out your central vision, and cataracts makes everything blurry.
On my last eye exam, my doctor confirmed what I already knew - I am legally blind in my right eye. Think...blind in one eye, and can hardly see out of the other.
This condition makes crafting pretty amusing at times. I've been known to stamp a sentiment upside down, crooked or a combination of both. I have no depth perception and frequently run into door frames, I think I am reaching for something only to come away empty-handed.
All this to say, I still love the creative process and I enjoy making cards for other people. Will I ever get rich selling my cards? Probably not. But until I'm blind in both eyes, I'm still going to try.

Is it too early to be thinking about Christmas? Heck no! After all, it is only about 4 months away.
I'm working on some gift tags. Each set will include 5 (of the same) tags, with twine. And sell for $10.00 per set, with a $3.00 s/h fee.

These little cards have been sitting on my desk and every time I glance at them, I couldn't help but think, "something is missing". And then it hit me - they need a spoon!
