Real Talk: This year is going to be our last year in business. We are hoping to unload our inventory and donate as much as we can to our animal rescue community.

Probably the hardest thing to write because I want to keep Honey’s memory alive and everything we stand for. I’m going to figure something out. But it won’t be the last time you hear of PinkHoney that’s for sure!

It has been a wonderful past few years with all of your support! You’ve witnessed our growth - both personally and professionally. You’ve shared in my grief and comforted me when I lost Honey. I’ve met amazing human beings, whom I would never had an opportunity to if not for PinkHoney Candles! I am forever grateful for every single one of you!

We’ve done so much together and I hope you feel proud of that. I am 💕 🐾

P.S. We still intend on being at market in Fall! Please mark that in your calendars as that’s going to be our last market!

Let’s talk candle care and safety precautions!

🕯️ Do not leave your candles unattended. Yeah please don’t.

🕯️ The first burn is super important! When first lighting your candle, do not blow out your candle until the whole circumference is “wet” (wax is melted). You see, candles have memories and it remembers up until where it’s supposed to “melt”. This is the reason why candles tend to tunnel.

🕯️ For the first burn, I recommend blocking your calendar out for a few hours and make a plan! There’s nothing better than lighting your candle, reading a book and having a nice drink - your beverage of choice of course!

🕯️ Tunneling can also happen due to potential wick issues. A good way to fix it is grabbing tin foil and creating a “tent” on top of the lit candle. Make sure there is enough open space to give fire oxygen. The hot temperature created through this process helps melt the areas that did not melt. Same as above, do not blow it out until the circumference is “wet”.

🕯️ Be careful when touching any part of the candle, including the tent as it is going to be hot.

Ginger Saffron!

One of my favorite candles, especially this time of year. This candle brings a level of sophistication and warmth when lit, actually even if it’s not 😉!

This candle is infused with natural essential oils including ginger, cedarwood, geranium, and patchouli.

One of my favorite candles of all time!

Snickerdoodle!

Why? First of all, smells like having dessert without the calories. Secondly, as someone who doesn’t bake, this is the closest thing in my household to anything “freshly baked”. And the most important reason of all, this is the scent I associate with Honey. 😊

About this scent, cinnamonny, caramely, sugary, and and buttery soft warm cookie in candle form. Seriously, this candle will make you want to eat some. But please, don’t eat our candle 😜!

Infused with natural essential oils, including davana and patchouli oils.

One of my favorite pictures and smell!

Campfire S’mores Candle!

This is not your typical S'mores candle! We wanted to capture memories with family and friends, while sitting by the campfire, roasting marshmallows, making some fab s'mores and taking turns telling scary stories. We created a candle with fiery and smoky notes, irresistible sweet cinnamony vanilla, burnt brown sugar, gooey chocolate and of course toasty marshmallows!

P.S. Scary stories are not included when you purchase this candle ;) !

Well hello Fall! Well technically I’m 2 days early. Just call me excited! Excited for the cooler weather and definitely all the smells!

Speaking of smells. I received an email today asking about our Coconut Pumpkin Spice candle (thank you A!), if it’s going to be available this fall.

… You bet it is 😜.

When I got the call from our friends at about an opportunity to make candles for Four Peaks Brewing Co.] , I said yes in a heartbeat!

But why? Especially after being in a long hiatus? Well it’s easy - Four Peaks Brewery is committed to sustainability, recycling and supporting MANY local Arizona vendors. Not only that, they also have programs for helping teachers and charities. I couldn’t find a more aligned partnership than what we have with Refresh Glass and Four Peaks Brewery. Plus, let’s not forget that for every candle sold, a portion is donated to animal rescues!

Now the challenging part, was finding and mixing the right scents and give Kilt Lifter, WOW, Hazy and Hop Knot justice! But as a candle maker, I live for this 😉.

After 2-3 versions of each candle, we finally nailed it!

Friendly reminder to Love Yourself 💕

I’m definitely lighting this tomorrow (perks of owning a candle company 😁) and spread only good vibes.

It’s late, almost 11 pm. But I can’t sleep and have this urge of taking pictures of our candles. That’s big for me. For a long time, I struggled to do anything with our candles.

Picture is definitely not my best work (I’m my biggest critic), but it’s like riding a bicycle, just have to keep doing it again.

I’m so ready to raise funds for our animal rescues!! Thank you for sticking it out with me.

Hello world!

Been forever since I’ve posted 💕. So much has happened the past few months I, together with my family, badly needed physical and mental break.

From Honey’s passing to dealing with a family member’s mental illness and finally fixing broken relationships. I’m not ready to talk about it all yet, but I want to normalize talking about any form of mental illness and su***de. It is ok to open up. Please do not ever feel afraid or worse, to feel alone. You are enough. You are not alone. You are loved. If you ever feel like talking, send me a dm. I’ll do my best to listen. Take this as a sign.

Please be kind. It seems like everything is falling apart right now, but if we can respectfully accept each other’s differences, can you imagine the type of world we’ll have? I respect your faith and your beliefs, but please don’t force it on everyone. Don’t judge and measure a person by how different they are from you. After all, wouldn’t it be so boring if we are all one and the same?! There was a time when disagreements were discussed peacefully with no need to name call. Why can’t we all go back to that? No one is keeping tabs on every topic you “won” nor how many people you convinced or should I say strong armed?

Please be kind. Laugh a little bit louder. Actually learn to laugh at yourself. Hug the people you love. Be vocal and let them know how much they mean to you. Appreciate each other’s differences. Spread peace. Let love win.
