MY FAVORITE CREAMY CRAB & SHRIMP SALAD! 🦀RECIPE⬇️ Make this creamy shrimp and crab salad now! It’s perfect for your next BBQ!
INGREDIENTS-
2 lbs imitation crab picked apart into shreds or chopped up
1/2 lb cooked shrimp chopped up(optional)
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1 jalapeño finely chopped
1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper small chop
1/2 cup canned corn
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill
Pinch of black pepper
1 cup mayonnaise or more if you like it extra creamy!
DIRECTIONS-
Add everything to a bowl and mix well. Store in fridge until ready to eat. Serve with chips, on a roll, or on its own!
Adjust amounts if making a smaller portion. This was for a party so I made a lot🥳.

🔥HOT HONEY🔥Garlic & Aleppo Chicken Thighs and Drumsticks 🍗 RECIPE ⬇️
INGREDIENTS-
3-4 lbs Chicken pieces
2 Tbsp olive oil plus more for frying
2 tsp kosher salt (if using table or sea salt, use less)
1 tsp white or black pepper
2 tsp paprika
1-2 tbsp Sweet Heat Honey Aleppo pepper OR add 2 Tbsp of honey and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
2 Tbs soy sauce or Tamari
4 cloves crushed garlic
Handful chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS-
Butterfly the drumsticks by cutting a small slit down the center then cutting along side the bone on each side to open them up like wings of a butterfly. See video.
Add all the ingredients to the chicken and toss to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or up to 8 hours.
Remove from refrigerator an hour before cooking.
Add a few tablespoons of olive oil to a pan over medium/medium high heat and cook the chicken around 7-8 minutes per side or internal temp reaches 165 F. Work in batches to get the best color on the chicken.
Top with fresh parsley or cilantro and a squeeze of 🍋‍🟩 lime! Enjoy!
NOTE- These can also be cooked on the bbq or cast iron griddle.
I served this with a cucumber and tomato salad, roasted potatoes and green peas.

Armenian🇦🇲 Bulghur Pilav & chicken! RECIPE⬇️ Easy ONE POT dish everyone will LOVE!
INGREDIENTS-
1 cup vermicelli noodles
3 Tbsp Avocado oil or preferred oil
2 cups Number 4 size Bulghur (cracked wheat)
4 1/2 cups chicken broth
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp butter
2 cups Shredded chicken (leftover rotisserie chicken works great!)
Black pepper
NOTE-My mom always added garbanzo beans to this, but I prefer to leave them out. It’s totally up to you.
DIRECTIONS-
In a pot over medium heat, add the oil and the noodles. Sauté until golden.
Add the bulghur and toast for a minute.
Pour in the broth and add some salt. Taste the broth. It should be flavorful. If not, add more salt or bouillon.
Bring to a bubble and add the butter. Lower heat, cover and cook 10 minutes.
Uncover and add the shredded chicken. Cover and cook another 10-15 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed completely. Add your black pepper, fluff with a fork and serve. We always enjoyed this with yogurt, pita, and tangy pickles. Hope you enjoy it too!
