Salzano Electrical Services has been by far one of the best company's I've ever dealt with and definitely a top notch professional in their industry. The owner, Jerry Salzano, personally came out to give the consultation and estimate for my Whole House Fan. Instead of trying to sell me on the most expensive product out there he explained what would be the best fan for the size and type of home I own and why. He went over several cooling options for my house, such as the location, quantity, and size of fans that would meet my needs. He conducted a thorough evaluation of my attic's ventilation capability to determine if it could handle the volume of air that the fan would process. I have an older home, so this was very important to find out. He could have easily just suggested the most expensive unit, regardless if it was appropriate for my home or not. He took the time to answer all of my questions plus provided additional education on how a Whole House Fan functions, the difference between the various sizes and models, and how to determine which unit would be the best option for what I was looking for. I did my homework on the type of fan Jerry suggested, so I knew the cost of the actual fan. The price Jerry charged for the fan & installation was an awesome deal and was, by far, more than reasonable. He even installed nice little control unit on my wall that has multiple timer & operation options! Not only that, but while Jerry was doing the installation he came across a loose wire in my attic that was running to the fan in my daughter's room. He took the time to have me come up into the attic to show me and then he fixed it, free of charge!!!
