You are 22. This first pic sums it up. UP. NOWHERE BUT UP.

You, my dearest B, are a force. Determined, passionate, and focused. You have thrived through the last 4 years and grown so immensely, it’s hard to imagine the girl we dropped off 4 years ago.

A birthday and graduation all in one week. Every cell in your being is goodness. It’s all about you this week, celebrating your 22 beautiful years, the next 22+, and beyond.

What you have accomplished, and the evolution of you, has exceeded every dream we had for you. You are more than we could have ever dreamed.

You have been the biggest catalyst of my life. You have always pushed me to be better at everything, just by cheering me on.

Forever grateful for your honest heart, your relentless push for what is right and good in the world, equality, and justice for all. Papa would be proud. We all are.

Hello Everyone! I was invited by the YARMOUTH ARTS ALLIANCE to share a little bit about my design life, story this coming Thursday 5:30-7pm at Lewis Hall, Merrill Memorial Library in Yarmouth. (Link below to RESERVE YOUR SEAT-It's FREE but limited space available.)

It’s about building a creative life through all the messy parts… raising kids, doubt, risk, burnout, intuition, starting over, finding your way again, and how art and design became intertwined with my actual life.

I’ll be bringing a slide show of artwork from different chapters of my journey and talking through the real stories behind them, how horses, motherhood, loss, land, color, home, and ultimately finding The Yellow Field changed the direction of my work and my life.

If you’ve ever wondered how someone keeps creating through uncertainty, or how a creative path actually unfolds over decades, I think this evening will feel more like a conversation than a lecture.

I’d genuinely love to fill the room with community, familiar faces, creatives, dreamers, and curious people. Please share if you or a friend might want to join me.
