A client who is so excited about her two bathroom remodels that she asks if we can FaceTime to walk through them together. There may have been some squealing. Didn’t have the heart to remind her I was just there the other day. LOL

This is the MOST fun part of what get to do.

Really great info for folks thinking about a major kitchen or bath remodel.

Also here is the link for the National Cost vs Value Report, filtered for Texas.

A midrange major kitchen remodel runs approximately $78k and an upscale remodel runs approximately $154k. This report doesn’t cover luxury remodels but I can tell you that many of the truly high end products La Cornue, Waterstone, Subzero, Wolf, Miele, Galley, Woodmode, deVol, Rohl, Rocky Mountain Hardware, exotic stones, Ann Sacks, Waterworks… and too many to mention are on a whole additional category and will bump that major kitchen remodel well over $154k - it all boils down to what is most important to you and what you want in your space!

I’ve learned the hard way that hoping for a client’s sake (because you really want to work with them) that things will somehow magically cost less than they do, doesn’t serve anyone.

As with anything in life - you can always find someone who will do it for less, but you’re going to compromise somewhere.
