Hi friends🩷

It’s been a real rough month. I’ve been diagnosed with an invasive ductal carcinoma grade 3 stage 2a (currently this could change depending on what they find during additional testing and surgery).

In the most simple words, I have breast cancer.

‼️I will still be at ArtFest this year‼️

My consults and additional testing go pretty much up until ArtFest so I anticipate surgery being shortly after this since it is aggressive and they want to coordinate to get me into surgery within a month.

My oncologist anticipates me having to do chemotherapy after I recover from surgery.

I will be unable to work at a “normal job” during this time so I will be spending more time doing art, as I am able to.

Supporting my art helps support me and my family. I typically don’t post things like this (being this level of vulnerable) but this is where I’m at. I will need support so I can still help care for my family.

I hope to see you all at ArtFest.

Well, this year has been a hard one. I don't even know where to start. It's been a year full of loss, disappointment, and burnout.

✨It's time to hit the reset button.✨

I am taking a big jump and diving more into my art so I can spend more time with my family and less time being exhausted from the extremely high amount of stress I was dealing with.

It's time to remind myself that I am worthy of caring for me. You are worthy too.🩷

As the year ends on this , we are so grateful for all of our family, friends, and community members that have supported us during the year. We have had challenges, successes, and a new addition to the family, and we are glad to be able to share those moments with all of you. Thank you again, and let’s hope for even more good things to come in 2026!
