The best kitchens don’t just look beautiful. They make everyday life feel a little more beautiful, too.

This project is one of my favorites because every decision was intentional - from the rich charcoal cabinetry and warm white oak to the sculptural plaster hood and natural stone. The goal wasn’t to create something trendy. It was to create a kitchen that will feel just as timeless 20 years from now.

That’s always the goal.

This kitchen is full of details worth slowing down to appreciate, so I’ll be sharing a few of my favorites over the next couple of weeks.
