I was in Traverse City this weekend for the National Cherry Festival - it was SUCH a great weekend! 🍒
I took my family along and we even got to see the air show and enjoy a weekend camping. I’m definitely hoping to do this market again next year!

Crocheting for market prep often means a lot of time sitting, often with very poor posture.
After having shoulder surgery, I’ve struggled with intense upper back/shoulder pain after prolonged crochet sessions.

I decided to buy a standing desk and treadmill to try crocheting while walking. So far, I LOVE it - The first day I walked almost 5 miles while crocheting! It was way easier than I thought and really feels a lot better on my upper back and my hips!

Here’s to hoping I can keep up with market prep AND take care of my body better! 🧶
