the ugly 'jump to the other wall' downspout that was here before was simply a lack of planning

seemingly small details are what make these projects look like someone actually gave a $hit

ironically the previous downspout didnt bother the homeowner - but we convinced them to let us do this instead. of course they were thrilled when it was all said and done

Change orders should be the exception, not the business model. Great projects are built long before day 1 of construction - with clear scope, intentional decisions, and real planning.

The better the preconstruction process, the fewer change orders later.
