Victorian/Edwardian era
The "tambour" door refers to the flexible wooden slats that roll up to reveal the drawers and down to lock the unit, a common feature in railroad stations and high-end offices during that period.
Made around 1910
I'm going to touch this up. Fix anything not working and leave the original patina.

According to a customer this is some shoddy work? Before and after. Left a one-star review about this only paid $250 and I recommended getting the entire tabletop refinished because typically doing a spot treatment on a damaged area will still show through although I blended it pretty good I think.
