PSA...Be aware of carpet cleaning scams!I have had a few messages asking if we can sanitize carpet for the Covid 19 strain of the coronavirus.

Firstly, we have always offered sanitation as an additional service and our brand does kill certain strains, but there is NO PROOF that it works on the new strain.
Secondly, while we appreciate the extra business opportunity we do not like to capitalize on fear and that is why we have not been pushing the sale of sanitation. The product is wonderful for various reasons, but will not prevent.
Lastly, proper hygiene and constant cleaning of HARD surfaces will be your best defense against this virus as far as we know. Whether the reports are over hyped, or accurate, I just wanted to take the time to explain this for all our customers to see.
Regular carpet cleaning is needed to improve indoor air quality and overall healthiness of the home environment and we will happily sanitize your carpet and hard surfaces at your request, but we will try to educate you so that you are making a purchase based on truth and facts and not fear.
