We're excited to welcome the artwork of Cecelia Wilken of .bird.art to The Downtown Oddity Parlor!

We first connected with Cecelia at an Oddities Expo, and today she made the drive all the way from Colorado Springs to bring us a beautiful collection of her work!

Blending the macabre with the beauty of the natural world, her artwork features skulls, bones, botanicals, and just the right amount of strange. 🌿🦴

From smaller prints to large framed pieces, there's plenty to admire (and take home)!

One of our favorite things about the Parlor is getting to work with talented independent artists who share our appreciation for the unusual.

Tonight on Unsolved Mysteries...... 🕵️‍♂️

It was a Friday night, not unlike any other Friday downtown.
But this night in particular, Someone dropped by to make an unscheduled, airborne pizza delivery to our front door....

Crust was mediocre.
delivery tracking was....non-existent.

What reason would a rogue supreme pizza slice make contact with our front entrance...
Was it a message? A rivalry? Who knows......

Who do YOU think tried to feed our doorstep?🤔

I was the luckiest girl in the world today, Chase bought me a ticket to Oddities & Curiosities Expo!! Got myself a few goodies, and hopefully, made some great connections!! Looking forward to bringing in new artists to the shop soon!! 🖤😍

Some special guests descended into The Private Collection. 👻

Friday night, we had the chance to catch The All American Haunting by Anthem and Aria : The Psychic Soulmates here in Greeley, and before their final performance Saturday, members of the crew stopped by The Downtown Oddity Parlor.

Of course, we couldn’t let them leave without inviting them downstairs for a look through The Private Collection.

It was a lot of fun getting to share the Collection with people who have such an appreciation for the strange, the paranormal, and the history of spiritualism.

Before heading out, they were kind enough to leave their mark in our guestbook. 🖋️

Thank you to The All American Haunting crew for stopping in, spending some time with us, and becoming a small part of The Private Collection’s history.

Yeah… it’s a mess down here. 😂

Roads are closed. Sidewalks are squeezed. There are excavators outside our windows.

But we’re still here — and so are the rest of the businesses in Downtown Greeley.

So next Tuesday through Thursday, we’re giving you a couple extra reasons to make the trip downtown:
