Prior flooring experience is great, but *not* a requirement because we are willing to train those who are willing to learn the trade and put you on a path to great success. We typically work 5 days a week (M-F - 40-45 hours - overtime pay applies over 40 hrs). Great hourly pay rates (even with no experience) - higher pay with flooring experience. We are a local floor covering company looking to hire more workers to install all types of floor covering. Prior flooring experience is great, but *not* a requirement. (We are willing to train those who are willing to learn the trade) Applicants will need to be able to lift 75 to 100 lbs., be able to pass a new hire drug test and pass future random drug tests. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a company box truck. We typically work 40+ hours a week plus occasional weekend work (overtime pay applies over 40 hrs). Pay is based on experience plus an added bonus program available based on productivity and efficiency.
