It's been awhile since I've posted anything. Finally got moved in the new house. Very close to being able to setup the hydro shop again. Before I do I am going to offer the whole setup for sale. If I continue it will be on a very selective and short schedule of the year due to my other aspirations. So it might be for the better just to sell it and focus on other things.
So would be selling the building and all equipment to operate just as I had been before I had to move. The building is able to be moved. It is 12 by 32. I have two dip tanks. One 4 by 8 ,. And other is smaller for gun stocks and such when big tank isn't needed. There is a rinse tank, sand blaster, paint room, air compressor/lines . A electric heater and air conditioner to control the working conditions. The building is insulated and wired for everything. It has a 100 amp service that runs everything and there is room to add if needed.
Anyone can watch my previous videos on the page to see parts of operation when was running, and can also see work I put out. I also attended a training course when I began that was very informative. I'd be willing to train anyone that purchased it at asking price. Anyone that wants to negotiate for lower price can then afford to attend their own training program in my opinion. No offense to anyone but it's not a cheap endeavor. I built this setup on my own, with lots of thinking and research. It is equivalent to a 40-60 thousand dollar setup when I built it. I got it done training and all for 25,000ish.
I'm asking $16,000. Obo for it all.
