Some people come into your life through your kids… and end up leaving a mark on your whole heart. 💜
Getting to create these pieces for Colbie was extra special to me, because over the last few years, watching her and Elliot’s friendship grow has been such a gift.
But the reason this family means so much to us goes far beyond gymnastics.
When Page (Colbie’s mom) found out Elliot would have to attend UK Gymnastics Camp alone, she signed Colbie up too so she wouldn’t have to walk into it by herself. She’s the kind of mom who notices people, includes people, and creates the kind of warmth that makes others feel safe and welcomed.
The kind who hosts cookie decorating nights for the girls.
The kind who turns teammates into lifelong friendships.
The kind who makes a gym feel like home.
This post is not about custom pieces, it’s about people like them..the ones who remind you that kindness matters, community matters.
