It's been a bit since I've made a full size cheesecake and it actually turn out 😅 Someone Dustin works with has been searching for a good cheesecake and asked if I made them...well I do now 😉😆 I gave it a whirl and it turned out great. Sent it along with Dustin to work and he said it was one of the best he's had. Nah...not possible how could my first try turn out good? Well I made one for home and we cut into tonight and yup it was sooo good. Im still learning and going to play around with flavors but I'm excited to offer these in the future!!

Ok friends!! The time is ALMOST here 🥳 I am on the agenda for business approval TOMORROW night! Once approved its go time!! I have not completely nailed down an official open day but I am thinking maybe some pop up days to begin with so keep an eye here!!

I'd love to hear from everyone what they'd like to see in the shop and bakery case. I have huge visions and I hope I can make at least some of them come alive here!! Your support will mean everything!!

I will post more updates here as I get them!!
