Fresh mint, blueberries, and a long weekend ahead!🌿🫐

This Blueberry Mint Mojito is light, refreshing, and perfect for spring entertaining! Made with fresh Rocket Farms mint and simple ingredients for an easy seasonal cocktail - or mocktail.

Rocket Farms Mint Mojito with Blueberries

This Mint Mojito with Blueberries is minty, light, and refreshing! Made with fresh mint, whole blueberries, and white rum. This drink could also be made into a delicious mocktail!

Yield: 1 serving
Yield per plant: about 6-8 drinks
Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
½ cup fresh blueberries
5-8 Rocket Farms mint leaves
2 tsp. lime juice
1 lime slice
1 oz. simple syrup
1 ½ oz. white rum
1 cup ice
Club soda

Directions:

1. Add blueberries, mint leaves, lime juice, lime slice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Muddle using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon.
2. Add white rum and ice and stir or shake together.
3. Pour into a cocktail glass and top with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy!
*To make into a mocktail, simply omit the rum.

Note: To make the simple syrup, simmer ¼ cup of water, ¼ cup of sugar, and 10 mint leaves in a saucepan until sugar dissolves, about 3-5 minutes. Let syrup cool in the refrigerator to thicken.
