Well, it seems like the jokeā€™s on us! If we had realized that accepting the rain would bring a change in the weather, we would have made peace with it weeks ago. Mother Nature sure has an interesting sense of humor! So, letā€™s make a slight change of plans. Come visit us and shop our seasonal plants and decor for both inside and outside. The history of w**emaking spans millennia. In the United States, home w**emaking boasts a rich and storied past, with European immigrants significantly contributing to the introduction of their w**emaking traditions and techniques.

This fall is an excellent time to experiment with w**emaking or continue your familyā€™s cherished tradition of home w**emaking. At Dragonfly Farms, we make it easy to make your own w**e. We carry boxes of California w**e grapes (for those who keep it traditional and press their own) as well as buckets of freshly pressed grape juice, both in a wide range of red, white, and rosĆ© varieties. We also stock all the equipment and supplies necessary to embark on your own w**e-making journey, from fermentation to bottling.

šŸCome spend a cozy afternoon with us at our Autumn Market! šŸ‚ Join us on Saturday, October 17th, from 12 pm to 5 pm as we host an array of incredible local vendors ready to captivate you with their remarkable talent and craftsmanship. Plus, some delicious seasonal beverages from our friends at nicoshouseofsips to enjoy while you browse! This is an indoor event and will be held rain or shine, but letā€™s keep our fingers crossed for lots of sunshine! ā˜€ļø

Vendors: if you are currently on the waitlist for this event, please be sure to keep an eye on your email. We might be opening a few extra vendor spaces in the coming days as we map out the floor plan.

Itā€™s officially spooky season/sweater weather/our favorite time of the year! Weā€™ve extended our hours and are now open every day from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., which means more time for you to come browse our seasonal plants and extensive selection of fall decor. Come visit us this week to see all the new additions and keep an eye out for details, including vendor information, for our upcoming Autumn Market on October 17th and Bizarre Bazaar on November 13th. Halloween Party specifics will be available soon, along with more information about our Holiday Market on December 19th. Phew! Itā€™s going to be a busy Fall, but weā€™re excited to spend it with our incredible community.

Attention Plant Family Wildlife Experts! We are crowdsourcing advice on what to do to help this baby southern flying squirrel (at least according to a Google image search) that we found in the greenhouse this afternoon. The interns named him ā€œGooseā€ and he is currently resting in a warm place protected from the weather and our cats. He has fur, his eyes are open, heā€™s breathing steadily and occasionally makes little squeaky sounds. He has no visible injuries, but seems weak. We know his best chance of survival is to reunite him with his mother. But since we have no idea where he came from and if sheā€™s even alive, we donā€™t want to leave him out in the rain and just hope sheā€™ll find him. What do we do?
