I decided to go out of my comfort zone this fair and submit something I haven't made before. I chose angel food cake. I asked Mom and she said she thinks its a good idea but I need to start practicing now. She went out and bought me a tube pan. She also bought me a store bought angel food cake to compare mine to. The store bought one was much denser and tasted like fake. I was really proud of my first try! I know I will do great at fair! 😁

Today was skill day. Mom asked me to make deep dish s'more cookies and homemade twinkies. Mom and dad said I did really good but I know I can do better. I think they were too dry and needed more filling. I will have it perfect before the farmer's markets. The s'more cookies are great and I will be selling them.
