Hi Everyone, I will be at the Carroll County Ag Center on October 5th from 8:00 -2:00pm for their annual Fall Fest! Come a see all of my fall spooky stained glass and fused glass. Hi Everyone! I wanted to let you all know I have a new Website MZGlassworks.com Check it out when you get a chance. I need to publish my seasonal photos Halloween and Christmas still, but check it out!
I will be at the Carroll County Ag Center (Farmers Market) on May 11 for a Mothers Day Event there. stop by and see all the wonderful things they have for sale.

Hi everyone, I've been very busy getting ready for my upcoming shows this year. Nov. 11, I will be at the Holly Fair in Reisterstown, then December 3 at the Mt. Carmel Craft Fair, Dec.9th at St. Mark's in Hampstead and then to finish things off on Dec. 16th at the Ag. Center at the Carroll County Farmers Market. Here are some things I've been working on. Hi Everyone! I've been busy working on a couple of custom pieces that I wanted to share with you. One is for my cousin and the other one is from a friend that I reconnected with at water aerobics! You just never know what life throws at you. The birds are for Ken and Mona. It is 16x24. She is a big bird fan and it was fun to do. Thanks Mona and Ken!
The second one has a story. I met Diane many years ago. Sadly it was at a Compassionate Friends meeting. We had both lost children and were seeking help and answers to our sadness. They are a very helpful organization. She purchased the window on the left at an auction for her son Kyle and over the years it deteriorated. So that's when I came in. I told her what I do and she asked me to fix it for her. She gave me some ideas about herself (likes the beach) and Kyle (he had a stuffed animal whale) and his initials are KJ. Jessica is my daughters name that passed away so we decided to make a tribute to both children hence the initials KJ. It just so happens that Kyles middle name is John so it makes sense. Thank you Diane for giving me the opportunity to fix this up for you and your family. It was an honor for me to be able to do this for you and I am glad that you were pleased. It's really crazy how things pop up in your life out of nowhere. And now I have a new reconnected friend in Diane. We have a lot of shared experiences having lost children that no one else can relate to. Thank you Diane!

So I haven't posted in a while and this is why.
I've been busy working on a commissioned piece that I finished last week and delivered today. This was her mom's antique concrete birdbath who has passed away so it has special meaning to the family. It is very large and very heavy so I had to get my husband and son to help with some of the heavy lifting. I am grateful to them! If you look closely I put in a ladybug and a butterfly for her daughter.I asked her early on if she wanted to see pictures or be surprised and she said she wanted to be surprised. I think she liked it because she got a bit teary eyed when she saw it. Anyway I am so glad I was able to do this for her and it is done!!!!
