I could have left this one all foliage … snowball viburnum, the most magic maple foliage and sweet smelling wisteria made the base for this Spring arrangement.

peonies are open, the foxglove is getting tall and dramatic, mock orange is making the whole yard smell unreal, and the iris look like they belong in a painting.

Spring, right now— actually almost two weeks ago because time got away from me 🙃 BUT I still want to document because all the very best things are blooming right now and it’s magic.

Snowball Viburnum, the first of the Peonies, Deutzia, butterfly Ranunculus, pink viburnum and THAT WISTERIA… it’s year 3 or 4 and it’s never shown off like that before, it’s still going strong a couple weeks later and it smells so good.
and one of my favorite textural stems I’d use in every design if I could.
