This Victorian style cottage in Bay Harbor, Michigan is a beautiful example of what can happen when a home is reimagined with both everyday living and timeless design in mind.

For this renovation, our team worked with the home’s original character while giving each space a lighter, more modern feel. From the bright kitchen and cozy breakfast nook to the serene primary suite and inviting lakeside living spaces, every detail was designed to feel fresh, functional, and connected to the view.

The result is a home that feels just as suited for quiet mornings as it does for full family weekends, with durable materials, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful spaces that make gathering easy.

Bathrooms are some of the most personal spaces we design. They need to function beautifully every day, but they also give us an opportunity to have a little fun with tile, lighting, wallpaper, color, and finishes.

These bathrooms come from projects across Bay Harbor, Walloon Lake, and Harbor Springs, and no two are quite alike. Some are bright and serene, others embrace rich blues, natural wood, bold pattern, or statement fixtures. Each one was designed to feel at home within the larger story of the space.
