The two newest Calming Angels to be born. Sanded to an iridescent silky glow. Zebra wood and my first Tri-color in a very long time. Oak cherry and ash.

First finished Olive Wood Calming Angel. This one is Hebert. Hebert is special. He was the he bonus Angel. There were supposed to be 21 in the series and I got 22. Bonus. Cool. During the routing. This ones left arm popped gently off along a fracture. Bummer. I glued and filled it and finished him. I’ll keep him. He’s special. Hebert the Wounded Angel.

Which of us isn’t wounded. And God didn’t throw us away.

Something new. I’ve stretched the Calming Angel from hand held sized to candle holder size. 1.75” thick and 7.5” long 4.5” tall and holders two traditional Shabbat candles.

I call it the Shabbat Angel. Other woods are available but. Cedar is spectacular in it’s varied hues.

This can be personalized as well.

Our Angels hold the Lords light.
