This creamy Cajun shrimp spaghetti is packed with Southern flavor, juicy shrimp, cheesy sauce, and comforting pasta goodness. Perfect for weeknight dinners, family meals, or special occasions. Ingredients
Pasta
* 1 pound spaghetti
* 1 tablespoon salt (for pasta water)
Shrimp
* 1½ pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 tablespoon butter
Seasoning Blend
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
* ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
* ½ teaspoon black pepper
* ½ teaspoon salt
* ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional) Sauce
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 1 small onion, diced
* 1 bell pepper, diced
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained
* 1½ cups heavy cream
* 1 cup chicken broth
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional for extra richness) Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Season the Shrimp
In a bowl, season shrimp with:
* garlic powder
* onion powder
* smoked paprika
* Cajun seasoning
* salt
* pepper
Mix well.

Step 3: Cook the Shrimp
Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink. Remove from skillet and set aside.
