In the process of uploading my Legacy Frontiersman Series Knives. Really putting in the extra effort to make the pictures look good, so it's taking a little longer. But it's worth it for these knives.
A good compact design can go a long way when you're out on the frontier for days at a time - light to carry, easy to maneuver, and carve/cut with precision. Tight grain structure for a hard edge that stays hard even after a successful hunt, and a softer spine to absorb impact without breaking.
200 years ago, a knife meant survival. It meant food on the table, fire in the hearth, a stable roof and warm clothes. So a knife that could be used for decades and passed down was more than just a nice to have. It was priceless. Nowadays knives are bought and thrown away like paper, but historically they were made to last. One knife, one job.
