Good morning, friends! ☀️ Sometimes, the best treasures we find aren’t for the shop floor—they are for the heart.
Steve and I recently caught up with our favorite old landlord. He’s preparing for his next chapter and plans to sell the beautiful twinplex to his nephew soon, so he gave us one final, bittersweet tour of the place we rented right before we bought our home.
This was the home where we welcomed our youngest son, and where our boys were just 2 and 4 years old, running through the spacious rooms. Walking through it brought back a flood of memories—especially of cold winter nights, cuddling on the couch by the family room fireplace watching cartoons with the boys.
While we were visiting, I purchased this vintage industrial Kamweld steel box from him. I originally wondered if I should sell it, but it’s officially a permanent KEEPER. It’s now a little vault for all those beautiful, early family memories. ❤️

Check out this incredible, authentic 1982 Ohio Quarter Horse Association (OQHA) State Show Championship trophy! 🏆 Mounted on a beautiful solid wood base, this majestic gold-tone statue has the perfect, rich vintage patina that you just can’t replicate.
