Hey so I never shared this first image because of the mirror. Respectfully, it sucks. 😆

While this room design is a success, my refined perfectionism prefers to see either:

1. Surface mounted decorative framed mirror
2. Mirror templated and installed flush into the mosaic with a marble border as transition

Either should be taller.

So, I wasn’t going to post it. I didn’t want to risk a comment that said “hey that mirror is too small” or tell me something I already know.

I love the bathroom otherwise so let’s use this expensive photography as a teaching moment 🤭

Sometimes design drawings aren’t followed. Sometimes, not maliciously. But this moment is to remind folks why adding a Project Management layer to your Interior Design contract is vital for a design’s success.

(No hard feelings with this builder/ client and if you see no issue with the mirror size and shape, this is ok too)

Home Gym Design 💪 APPROVED ✨

This homeowner starts every day here and she desired a practical yet upscale space that would put her mind at ease 🌿

My favorite detail is the earth tone curved rubber matts, harmonizing with the existing plank floors. Black mats would have made the space feel heavy, so I’m thrilled to have found a workaround.

Limewash walls were an obvious choice here.

Now it’s time to bring it all to life ✨💪🫶⚜️

Oh, AND it’s a competition AND a camera crew, producers and sound guys are following you around. And your design better not stink because there is NO hiding from the national exposure. NO PREASURE!

A moment for the ✨accessories✨. The finishing touches of a room color in the blank pages of your design’s story. (Not a chat GPT caption. I’m just a good writer 🤣)

For this commercial space, our client desired a quiet and ethereal sense of peace as you meander through the building. And if I’m being real, getting to spend today curating this collection had that exact effect on me. I needed this energy today 🙏🕯️

Excited to continue bringing this space to life and filling it with special touches. The ones the busy mom rushes past while headed to her appointment, or the overworked man who just needed some simple quiet in his day.
