Hello to our valued King's Appliance customers,

After a couple of weeks focused on catching up with product fulfillment and service work, we're excited to announce that we'll be reopening Monday morning!

During this time, we also took the opportunity to evaluate our business. In response to growing market pressure from manufacturers, we have decided to make some changes to our business model.

As we reopen, you’ll notice a new look and a new focus. We'll now specialize in unique, one-off appliances, including:

*Scratch-and-dent items
*New, out-of-box products
*Quality used appliances

Our goal is to bring the Hastings community the best possible deals on household appliances. We’ll continue offering Spring Air and Grand Rapids Bedding mattresses and, of course, the industry-leading Speed Queen washers and dryers.

Please note a few updates:

Our store will be operating with limited staff and hours due to ongoing staffing challenges.

We are able to offer delivery and installation of dishwasher and microwave purchases, but at this time we are not able to offer in home delivery and installation of other appliances.

We’re happy to deliver and drop off items in your driveway or garage but cannot provide assistance getting the unit in your home or installed.

While this is a shift from our traditional model, our commitment to this community and to exceptional customer service remains unchanged.

So bring a truck or trailer—and let’s kick off this new chapter together!

Resulting from increased pricing pressure, from the manufacturers, we have been operating at reduced staffing levels for quite some time. In order to provide the best service to our current customers, who are awaiting items to be delivered and installed, we have decided to temporarily close our showroom. This will allow us to focus on fulfilling those orders. We will still be available for scheduling service and other customer service related concerns, but our showroom will be closed to the public during this time. Please feel free to call, if you have any concerns related to current or previous purchases. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you!
