Just opened up what used to be called Oktoberfest that is now called Septemberfest 2023. Just opened it up a couple of days ago. This month and next month, it is only open to current or past participants. It will open to the public on 1 May. Here are all the diagrams. Hope you're getting excited. If I've left anyone off the diagram, sorry. Just let me know. Received a couple written in red or some other colored ink that I could not read --- but do have a few extra spaces in pavilion and one inside that you can have. Kept them just for you! :)

Here's the menu for tomorrow. If you're in the pavilion or backyard, it's the top portion. This way, you don't have to leave your space to go to our garage kitchen. On Location, write B for backyard and P for pavilion and your space #. If you're not at pavilion or backyard, use the lower menu and you may take it to the garage kitchen already annotated to save time. I've printed copies for everyone. You'll receive them in the morning. :) Hope you're getting excited. I am!

If you're in the backyard/pavilion, please have your selections and payment ready by 10 am so that it can get picked up from you and your order will be taken to you. For folks inside or driveway, please leave someone to watch your space while you place your order. :)

Ladies and Gentlemen, Need your help please. It's up to you to look at the basic info post. It's up to you to periodically check the placement diagrams to see which space will be yours and for updates. Please READ. I get asked the same questions over and over because everyone wants an easy quick answer instead of reading what is already posted on this page. So, to save time and energy, if the answer to your question is already posted, I might not be able to reply. Thanks for your understanding.

Next year (2023) we will continue to have our Arts, Crafts, Vendor Show in mid September. However, because we will be having a real Oktoberfest in October, to avoid confusion, we will need to call our SHOW, something different. Taking suggestions. The winner will receive a free ($25) space for the 2023 show. :) :) :) The winner will be announced around noon on 17 Sep during our Oktoberfest this year.
