What a week!

Full of local farmers markets, pretty sunsets, book fairs, our baby robins flying the nest, thrift finds, and of course, knitting 😉 🧶
Plus, I started training at a new part-time job so I've been BUSY but honestly, having the most fun so I'm.not complaining! I just have to find the balance between knitting, working, and getting on here to visit with friends 💕

What a treat to spend so much time up north in Bayfield and the Apostle Islands this week!

I'm embarrassed to admit how many times I went to Hoop's Fish Market and I will never get tired of watching sailboats and admiring all of the stunning gardens around town 😍 Would you believe that I didn't get one picture of me knitting on the beach?! Happy to admit that I was just in the moment and forgot 🥰

Now back to knitting 😉

This isn't an exaggeration, I can literally feel my brain downshift and my entire body relaxes...

Make sure you are finding some time to downshift in whatever capacity are able. If you can grab a coffee at a cute coffee shop and read or journal for a while, amazing! But if all you are able to do is grab a mug and sit in your minivan alone for 15 minutes, that also has value and I strongly encourage you to do it 🫶🏽

Burnout and I are old friends unfortunately and I wish I would have made more time to get in this they and give it the space it deserves ☕ 🧶 📚
