Sometimes the best rooms start with the thing that doesn’t quite belong.

For this guest suite at Par & Palette, it was a funky Captain Crunch painting the client already owned — playful, nostalgic, a little unexpected, and ultimately the starting point for the entire room.

We pulled from its deep blues and rusty oranges, then quieted everything down with warm neutrals, natural texture and clean lines. The result feels grown-up without taking itself too seriously — and proof that great design doesn’t always start with a blank slate. Sometimes it starts with Captain Crunch.

A refresh, not a reinvention.

Ridge Haus is proof that thoughtful design can work within the walls—and the budget—you already have. We focused on the changes that would have the greatest impact, giving this older Park City condo an entirely new energy without taking everything back to the studs.

Simple. Considered. And completely refreshed.

Après, but make it art.

Custom skis climb the wall at Village Stay, turning a familiar mountain object into something entirely unexpected. The colors carry through the room in warm rust, sage and soft neutrals—a playful nod to place that still feels considered and collected.

Bold color, a little nostalgia, and plenty of personality give the game lounge at Village Stay its own kind of energy. Designed for movie nights, game nights, friendly competition—and whatever happens in between.

Color, with somewhere to land.
Bold art and unexpected hits of color bring energy to the space, while warm oak, natural stone and grounded black accents keep it all in balance.
Expressive, but never loud. A reminder that color doesn’t need to take over a room to completely change it.

Some transformations require a little imagination. Others require a lot.

Before Chalet Chaparral became this light-filled, layered mountain home, it was a sea of honey-toned wood, heavy finishes and rustic details. Looking at the before, it’s almost impossible to imagine the after — unless you have Hope’s Hope Chappelle eye.

She has a way of walking into a tired space and seeing past what’s there. Past the finishes, the fixtures, even the feeling of the room as it exists — to what it could be.

Walls shift. Materials quiet down. Light finds its way back in. And somehow, a space that once felt heavy has energy again.

That ability to see what the rest of us can’t quite see yet might just be Hope’s greatest talent.

The good kind of table takeover.

Fresh arrivals from recent rep meetings with Kravet and Fabricut — new textures, patterns, palettes and plenty of possibilities to play with. Because some of the best parts of a room begin right here: surrounded by samples, pulling combinations together and seeing what unexpectedly clicks.

Old Town Pop Project embraces color, contrast, and a little bit of mischief. Bold art. Unexpected moments. A room that doesn’t match—and that’s exactly the point.
Because personality will always outlast perfection.

Color doesn’t have to mean chaos.

In Lucky Thirteen, color was used with intention—woven through art, textiles, pattern and smaller moments rather than asking every surface to compete for attention.

The key is giving color somewhere to land. Warm wood, clean lines and quieter foundational pieces create the breathing room for bolder choices to feel considered rather than busy. A saturated blue here, a hit of rust there, a pattern that pulls the palette together.
We love a neutral room, but we also love a home with personality. Sometimes the most balanced spaces are the ones that aren’t afraid of a little color.
