tograph to JoeFlorida, Inc. or an affiliate thereof (collectively, “JoeFlorida”), you hereby agree as follows:
Submission of a photograph includes any submission of a photograph including but not limited to emailing it to JoeFlorida, posting it on JoeFlorida’s page, posting it on JoeFlorida’s website, or posting it on Instagram. You hereby grant JoeFlorida a perpetual royalty-free license to use, reuse, modify, publish, and republish the photograph or reproductions thereof in color or otherwise in all media (electronic, print, or otherwise), now or hereafter created, for illustration, promotion, advertising, trade or any other purpose whatsoever. With respect to any photograph submitted, you certify that (a) you have the right to consent to submit the photograph without violating the copyright, property rights or privacy rights of any person or entity, (b) all persons depicted in the photograph have granted their permission to use of their image, (c) you release and give up any and all claims (including, without limitation, any right to compensation) and rights which you may have against JoeFlorida resulting from JoeFlorida’s use of the photograph, and (d) no attribution to the copyright holder is required. You agree to hold harmless and defend JoeFlorida from any breach of the foregoing certifications. By submitting a photograph, you agree for yourself and on behalf of your heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, to be bound by the terms of this Consent.
