• My average turnaround time right now is 4-6 weeks or sooner, excluding weekends and holidays. If I am able to get it done sooner, I will certainly try to.
• Rush orders are available for an additional charge. If you need your order done sooner than my 4-6 week turnaround time, please contact me for more information and rush order pricing.

uld be confirmed during the order process. Prices start from $30 to $70 Depends on custom design. 20oz Yeti's are available for a extra cost..
• All sales are final. Because your items are custom ordered and handmade for you, there will be no refunds or returns accepted. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchasing. If you have concerns regarding a specific order, please speak with me directly.
• All shipping is done through USPS Priority Shipping, and includes a tracking number. Shipping time varies by the state you live in and can take anywhere from 1-3 business days. Pick up in Inver Grove Height, MN is also available for local customers. Please message me to arrange a local pick up order.

• I will complete your order in my timeline listed, unless otherwise communicated. Any questions or changes I may have, will be communicated to you.
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to personal or professional circumstances.

If you have any problems or concerns about your new order, please contact me. This does not include normal wear and tear, or any of the instructions/warnings on the tumbler care list that were not followed. But because these tumblers are hand made by me and are a craft, they are not perfect! There may be some imperfections that’s part of it! I will put all my hard work into making these as perfect as possible before giving the cup to you. Tumbler Care
1. Hand wash only ( Don’t submerge in water or soak for long period of time)
2. Not microwave safe (Do Not Place in Microwave)
3. Not dishwasher safe (Do Not Place in Dishwasher)
4. Avoid extreme heat (Do Not Leave in hot car)
5. Do Not drop (will crack)
