Image has a sealer that looks and feels like a canvas texture, but is hardened. This is a wooden sign on various types of wood such as 3/4" purebond hardwood plywood and 1/4" MDF. Wood is sanded down to be smooth. Sign is made to

be freestanding (on shelves, windowsills, desks, etc) but most signs also come with a keyhole slot routed on the back for flush hanging. IMAGE IS TRANSFERED ONTO WOOD AND THEN SEALED- finished product is sealed

Sides of sign are PAINTED & PART OF THE DESIGN is to slightly overlap paint onto image (as seen in picture) - colors are completely customizable.

Twenty years of watching you grow & learning you.

Here’s some things I hope I never forget:
The way your brain makes associations….
“black & white make panda” 🤣
“I know Jesus… isn’t he one of my cousins”
“When you shuffle- the cards are fighting”
The way you memorized whole story books when you were 2 years old.
Your first best friend was your Nana 🫶🏻
Your obsession with animals- first zoo trip- everything was a dog…… until it was a snake!
Your obsession with books/reading. Hard backs were your favorite. Punishing you meant taking away your books 🤣
Your obsession with Pokémon…. And buying things you never needed but you thought were cool
Oldest child thru and thru: pride, sensitivity, always feeling like you’ve been handed an injustice 🤣 But you are reliable, compassionate & funny.
Hard worker—- which is good since you’re a big spender 🤣
….. as you got older…. You decided some things weren’t so bad:
The outdoors
Hiking
Vegetables
Working out
Sleep 🤣
*NEVER stop changing your mind about things that don’t suite you!
I still vididly remember being pregnant with you. Tending to a new born, raising a toddler…. A kindergartener…. A little boy…. A tween, a teen, a young adult & now a young man.
Every phase of you (minus the last few months of your Senior year 🤦🏼‍♀️ has been an honor and a joy. You are someone to be proud of: to be proud to know, proud to raise and proud to be loved by 🫶🏻

2025 was a wild ride.

Having our home built was an equal parts awe inspiring and stress inducing! I got more grey hairs than I could count. We started with raw land and I took on the role of Project Manager. Construction loan, county permits, surveys, septic, power, a well…. All before we even broke ground. And after we broke ground it was constant communication, countless trips, research, selections, decisions, taking on DIYs … we did our own interior paint, exterior stain, cabinetry, hearth, backsplash and vent hood.

We were stretched and stressed and tested…. But we made the decision early on that we would take things as they came, put the unknown in Gods hands and work together to see it through. We had a great contractor who knocked out the clearing, leveling, foundation and framing… it was so cool to see it all come together! And then we had a decent contractor (same guy🤣) that brought in subs to get everything else done & that’s where we faced some challenges 🤦🏼‍♀️ The exterior of our house had to be painted 3x…. Some concrete had to get repaired…. Some material disappeared, “to-dos” took mulllllltiple request & everything plumbing was 10x harder than it needed to be. But in the end, we’re 95% pleased with the final product and more than ready to spend 2026 making this house a home 🫶🏻

I’m thankful for everyone that was around for this process this year! I love how invested you all were and it made showing up and sharing it on here fun and exciting as well!

As soon as my hand finishes healing- it’s on like Donkey Kong!

It took 18 months after pulling up the carpet in this room, to get something new down. Somehow doing this with only 1 queen size bed felt more manageable than when there were 3 queens in here 🤣 Have I ever laid flooring before? No. Would I again- no time soon and preferably with an additional tool or two…. But sure. Shout out to for helping- it went faster with an extra set of hands for sure.
