Still cracking eggs one-handed after every batch of JaysBakesLV mega cookies here in Las Vegas. 🥚

No shame in it either. A clean crack beats a fast crack every single time, especially when there's brown butter waiting in the bowl.

Tag someone who cracks with two hands and won't admit it.

One hand or two — settle it for me.

This is a EASY way to elevate your brand and photos!! Only took about an hour to make! And I can interchange colors and different elements like cups or chips or flowers.

Would you like to learn how to do it?

Hey all — does anyone have a 10x10 canopy and weights I could borrow for the weekend of September 12–13 (Sat & Sun)?

I'm vending my first Farmers Market at the Born and Raised Fall Festival at the Otonomus Hotel (5050 W Russell Rd), 10am–4pm both days. The organizer requires a canopy and weights, and it's a full-sun daytime setup — so I need the shade as much as the paperwork.

I'd pick it up beforehand and get it back to you right after. Happy to work around whatever timing is easiest. And would happily through in a courtesy cookie box.

Thanks!

I made a cookie. Somehow I ended up with a character. 😂🍪

Meet Choco the Flying Cookie. ✈️

Now, most cookies understand the assignment.

You get mixed.
You get baked.
You look delicious.
You get packaged.
Eventually somebody eats you.

Simple.

Choco apparently did not receive that memo.

This cookie had ambitions.

Big ambitions.

Choco wanted to FLY. 😭✈️

At first I thought maybe we could talk through it.

Maybe convince him that being a really good cookie was already enough.

But then I realized something:

Who am I to tell Choco how big he's allowed to dream? 😂

So I did what any responsible baker would do…

I gave the cookie a chance to fly.

And now I'm starting to think this might not be the end of Choco's story.

So help me decide:

🍪 Should Choco come back for Episode 2?

And more importantly…

Where should Choco go next?

Drop an idea below. I might actually use one of the comments for the next Choco adventure.
