Steve is the teammate many turn to for his expertise in custom doors and frames. He's most proud of getting the job done right the first time—a mindset that reflects the quality and craftsmanship we strive for on every project.

Chuck is known around ADG as our resident Kawneer expert. When he's not sharing his knowledge with the team, you'll likely find him enjoying one of his favorite hobbies—drag racing. If he could instantly master any skill, he'd choose to be a race car driver!

How long have you been in the glass industry?

The trucks may look a little different today… but hard work, craftsmanship, and relationships have always been part of the business.

ADG President; Charlie Ford has spent more than 64 years in the glass industry and has proudly owned ADG for 50 years. He started as a helper at Richmond Glass at the age of 17.

From old glass rack trucks to today’s storefront systems and service fleets, it’s incredible to see how much the industry has evolved over the decades.
