We offer our own installation by the owners themselves, personal one on one sales from me, Suzie (the daughter) who has a lifetime of knowledge of the flooring industry. You will find good old fashioned customer service, where we actually answer the phone and listen when you have questions or concerns, no pressing 1 and getting routed to a voicemail here! Look who's celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary today! Our owners AND one of the ONLY husband/wife installation teams that I know of in the industry, Don & Jean AKA: my mom & dad! They are out installing today so if you see them in the truck/trailer be sure to wish them a Happy Anniversary!
