The Southern American- Mexican restaurant Ultimate favorite 😂 If “just one bite” was a meal… this would be it
Juicy chicken, melty cheese, and Mexican rice all mixed into the ultimate comfort food situation. Easy dinner, zero complaints.
For the Cheese Dip
1 pound of white American cheese
About half a cup of milk- you have more if you want the cheese dip a little more liquidy
 enough pickled jalapeños to make your heart happy
2 tablespoons of jalapeño juice

For the chicken
1 1/2 pounds of chicken breast or chicken thighs
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of  cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon of chili powder
Enough oil to sauté the chicken

For the rice
3 tablespoon tablespoons of oil
2 cups of jasmine rice
1/2 an onion, chopped
1/2 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
3 1/2 cups of water 
1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
One fresh jalapeño – optional

RICE A RONI!!! But homemade!
Why buy the box when homemade tastes THIS good?
Today we’re making homemade Rice-A-Roni… aka the glow-up version of the childhood classic. Buttery toasted pasta, fluffy rice, and flavor in every bite.

ingredients
3 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil oil
1/2 a cup of broken noodles- can be broken vermicelli or if you can find Fideo, it’s the same.
1 1/2 cups of jasmine rice
About 3 tablespoons of chopped onions
A tablespoon of minced garlic
3 cups of chicken broth made with a tablespoon of chicken bouillon or you can use 1/2 a teaspoon of turmeric and regular chicken broth.
A tablespoon of dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste. Make sure your rice is well salted.
Enjoy!!!!

Peruvian Chicharrones!! Crunchy, juicy, tangy, soft… every bite of this Peruvian “pan con chicharrón” is pure perfection. It’s our National Pork Sandwich 💕🇵🇪💕
They are so easy to make if you have a little bit of patience you got this! If comfort food had a passport, it would be this Pan con Chicharrón!
All you need:
About a pound and a half of country style ribs, 4 to 5 cloves of garlic, 1/2 an onion and water enough to cover the pan. Sweet potatoes to make fries and bread to make the sandwich
You can also top it with pickled onions, mustard, even regular pickles! Or you can eat it just like I do as is! This is my favorite sandwich in the world!!! Please please make it!!!

Your kitchen will smell like an Italian grandma’s garden!! Drying my own oregano because the store-bought version could never be the same!!

Sweet, smoky, spicy, and dangerously addictive!!! These harissa maple carrots bring the perfect balance of heat and caramelized goodness. Basically… carrots with a personality!
you can order the Harissa on Amazon and they come several heat levels!
I promise you, they’ll become your favorite carrot ever!

Looking for a new potato dish?
These roasted Parmesan potatoes are the easiest way to impress yoir family!
all you need is some roasted potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a good shredded Parmesan cheese! Bake them at 425° for 20 minutes and then put the cheese at the bottom and bake again for the last 10 minutes until the cheese is ready!

You can have restaurant style food at home! Especially Tempura!! If I can do it, you can too!!!
JAPANESE TEMPURA VEGETABLES!!!
Batter:
1 cup AP flour
2 Tbsp corn starch
1 tsp baking powder
About 1/2 cup iced water
Dipping Sauce:
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
make this together and put in the microwave for 1 minute to let the sugar dissolve. Let it cool completely. 
Enjoy!!!!

if you have a can of condensed milk, some cocoa powder, and some butter, you can make brigadeiros!!! 🇧🇷
