These past few days have been very rainy and wet! Perfect days for staying inside and playing Aggravation! This board has a little different variation... pegs instead of marbles! 🤯 No idea who originally thought of it, but a HUGE thanks to my customer who asked for it! No more marbles rolling away! No more die knocking the marble out and then trying to remember where it went! Ingenious! Wrapped this board with ipe and cherry and love the way it turned out! Let me know what y'all think!

Well, here's the newest addition to my planter lineup! I REALLY like the possibilities with this one! This one would look awewith a little engraved plaque with either a last name or a "Welcome" on it, sitting right by a front door. I do love the oiled look, but I'm really excited to watch this one age gracefully! Hopefully this will sell as good as the others I make! Total height is about 25.5"x23"x13.5"... and the planter box is 22"x5"x11".

I absolutely LOVE getting pictures of what I build from my customers! I can't believe how good this looks! It was sold as a planter, but turned out to be a part of a piece of art! LOVE IT!!!!

Latest attempt at a planter... actually 2 planters! The base is about 18"x18"x18" and the top planter is about 17"x5.5"x5.5"! The windmill is about 4' tall with a 2' wide blade span. And the best part is, it actually spins! Now, it would take some incredibly strong winds to spin it, but it does actually spin. The uprights are made from treated wood, so I'd recommend putting a potted plant in both boxes. I learned a lot with this build and would love to know what y'all think. I'm thinking a wishing well planter or wagon planter may be next on my list. Not sure yet.

And here's the new variant! The base of it is the same, with a seal coat added, but the roof is a little different. This one lays down better and, to me, looks better! Especially with the added stain. I'd love to hear what y'all think! In case you forgot what the older one looked like, it's the third picture.

I really like making bird feeders! I like experimenting with new designs and trying things I don't normally try. This one is Western Red Cedar with an Eastern Red Cedar accent! The clear panels are removable for easy cleaning. I also sealed this one so it should look like this for a long time! What do y'all think?

When a childhood friend asks for a decorative lid cover for a chest, with the only stipulation being to not make it out of plywood... you make it out of plywood! This is edge-grain plywood, cut in a chevron pattern, wrapped in red cedar! I used clear epoxy to fill the voids in the plywood so keep the piece honest. I didn't just want to fill the imperfections, but highlight them. The epoxy is sanded to 2000 grit and the wood to 800 grit, so it's pretty much as smooth as glass. I really like how this turned out and will definitely be making more patterned plywood!

The secret is out! Meet the Ultimate Garden Sanctuary! 🌸🐦
I wanted to build a true 'all-in-one' station for the backyard. This piece—from the planter to the shingled roof—is handcrafted from cedar (except for the frame), so it’s built to weather the elements beautifully.
It features:
✅ Base: Deep cedar planter for your spring blooms.
✅ Middle: A cozy nesting box and a dedicated watering platform (perfect for a glass pie plate!).
✅ Top: A high-capacity feeder with a shingle roof to keep the seed dry.
Everything your feathered friends need, all in one cedar footprint. Message me for details!
