Hey everyone, I wanted to share something personal with you all. Today, someone called me "fat and black" as if it was an insult. But you know what? I refuse to let their words define me. Instead, I choose to embrace my identity and my journey towards a healthier lifestyle. 🌟

Yes, I am on a weight loss journey, and I'm proud of the progress I've made so far. It's not always easy, but I'm determined to take care of my body and prioritize my well-being. 💪🏽

So, to that person who tried to bring me down, let me tell you this: I am not defined by my weight or my skin color. I am defined by my strength, resilience, and the love I have for myself. 🌈
