From the drapery fabric, to the wallpaper, to the furnishings……just awesome design!!

Yes, you can layer another window treatment over shutters! Just be sure you cover the details with your client. (Louvers can still be opened and closed, faucet in the way)
This board mounted valance is so cute over her shutters and a matching door Roman shade. The client LOVED the outcome and so did I!!

These are, by far, the fanciest grommeted draperies I have ever made! I equate sewing these to sewing a ball gown. So pretty!!!
