Hey friends , long time no post! I am volunteering at a nonprofit called The House of Prayer, they have an amazing thrift store called the Hop Shop Thrift, located in High Point. They receive so many cool things that I wanted to start sharing them with all of you in case you needed some super vintage items or have a love of DIY or antique pieces. All of your purchases are tax deductible , an even better reason to buy from this amazing nonprofit. Well friends, I turned my keys in today, the warehouse is empty, I swept it clean then and now it’s as if we were never here. I remember this day 7 years ago thinking I have 10,000 more sq ft in this location, what will I fill it with. What a ride it has been and I thank all of you for the success of the store. We made some amazing friends over the years and so many of you stopped in over the last few weeks, THANK YOU , for all of the love and support you showed us. I am not in this space any longer but furniture is in my blood. I will assist any and all of you any way I can. When I chose the name Furnishings 411, 13 years ago, I simply wanted to provide direction and information about home furnishings in High Point. The name still stands and so does my mission. I will be sharing others places for you to shop and hot buys if I come across them. I will forever remain truly grateful for your patronage. Furnishing 411 is not dissolving , just evolving in other ways. Please remember to shop local and shop small, small business needs you more than ever now!
