When my client contacted me and said, ITS time to make this house a HOME. I screamed (HALLELUJAH!) I’ll be right over, and the journey begins. This 1975 Mid Century, Modern one level house was off to Phase 1 of its renovation. The New Owner decided that we should start with adding more energy efficient lighting throughout the house. Stripping the bright RED paint off the floors, showing the natural color of the wood. Paint the walls and to make the house look and feel more modern, paint the doors jet Black in an egg shell finish to mimic the look of LEATHER, what do you think?
