🪵✨ **A LITTLE GROWTH MEANS A FEW CHANGES!** ✨🪵

As **Otter Wood Designs** continues to grow, so do our policies! 🦦🔨❤️

We’re incredibly thankful for every order, custom request, share, like, and recommendation that has helped our little workshop grow. Because we want to continue providing quality craftsmanship while keeping things organized and fair for everyone, we’re making a few updates to our **ordering and custom design policies**.

📋 **What’s Changing?**
• A **$20 design fee** will apply to custom design requests.
• Custom orders require **payment upfront** before production begins.
• Design fees cover the time spent creating and preparing custom artwork and are **non-refundable once design work begins**.
• Production will begin once the design is approved and payment requirements are completed.
• Additional policies may apply depending on the size and complexity of your project.

💙 **Why the changes?**

As we grow, we want to make sure every project receives the time, attention, and craftsmanship it deserves—while keeping expectations clear for both you and us!

Thank you for supporting our small business and allowing us to turn your ideas into something **wood-worthy!** 🪵✨
