Second rising for the hot cross buns. They will double in size in a couple hours. Then be baked and frosted. I frost them all w/confectioners sugar glaze rather than try to make the crosses. I don't have the icing piper anymore, so it is somewhat a cinnamon bun type thing, but not as sweet. Working w/ dough is relaxing -waiting for final result!

Trying to finish my Easter=spring decorating and decided to put a bunny in my large antique green dough bowl. I like him there, and my new dog Crickett got into the pic. I sure like her a lot, but she is a little finicky when it comes to eating. Very well trained-we nake a lot of trips outside. Thinking I will make pickled eggs tomorrow-Michael is not a fan-Just an old tradition that is hard to let go.

A better picture of two important people (one is a dog) in my life. Kambrie Katherine Treadway (great grand) age 7, but soon to be 8, and Crickett, my new found friend, 6 year old yorkie. I need them more than they need me. Just thankful for their presence in my world!

Look who came to live with us. Crickett, a 6 y.o. female registered yorkie! We have looked everywhere for a dog since ours passed, but found nothing. Out of the clear blue sky she came our way thru a friend of Heather's. We needed a small dog and she is perfect. Had her first groom today - thank you Danielle Harmon. Our last dog was a male yorkie, also registered- how lucky we are both were given to us!

SOLD!! Today I was able to finalize the sale of this beautiful, elegant and stately home @ 107 Second Ave, Hinton, WV.
