I’m not naturally slow and methodical, which is probably why I work in the film industry where everything moves FAST. And honestly? That totally translates into my floral work too. I design quickly, instinctively, a little chaotically at times 😂
But some designs demand you slow all the way down. Precision. Technique. Patience. Which is exactly why I was so excited to land a spot with this March to learn her wired floral techniques in person.

This was such an inspiring experience surrounded by the most beautifully curated flowers & to be working alongside 25 insanely talented florists for 2 days was exactly what I needed.

The community, teamwork, creativity, and hearing everyone’s stories about why they were there was just as inspiring as the designs themselves.

And then having document it all while modeled our cool ass wearable pieces?
Beyond.
Still thinking about this one 💫 Thank you Sue! Can’t wait til you are back in NY for the next one.
