🩷✨ Our First Pop-Up Shop Was a Success! ✨🩷
On June 20, L&M Crochet had the incredible opportunity to participate in our very first pop-up shop at Kollen Park in Holland, MI, as part of the Juneteenth Celebration hosted by I Am Academy. 🌸
We are so grateful to I Am Academy for creating a meaningful event that celebrates community while empowering Black and multiracial youth to recognize their potential, experience joy, become confident leaders, and inspire positive change.
We brought a little bit of everything to our booth—including our Duck Duck Jeep mirror hangers, scrunchies, chapstick/dispo holders, ruffle hats, drink koozies, hanging monstera plant holders, and so many other handmade crochet creations. 🩷🧶 The support we received was beyond anything we imagined!
🩷✨We sold over 30 handmade items during our very first pop-up, and watching our creations find new homes was an unforgettable experience! Every purchase, kind word, and person who stopped by our booth made this milestone even more special.
As a Black-owned small business, we're incredibly thankful for the opportunity to share our passion with the community. This was our first pop-up shop, but it definitely won't be our last!
