I thought you all might like to meet the most fantastic woman behind “Handknitted in the UK by FLO”! Yes she is a real person, and yes her name is Flo 😂 she is one of the kindest, sweetest, selfless and ever so creative people I have ever known….. and I’m extra lucky as I also get to call her Mum!
For as long as I can remember both my parents would create the most wonderful things, and my mum is a skilled knitter and seamstress among many other things. As a child I always had magnificent knitted sweaters and detailed beautiful dresses. She made bridesmaid dresses for both my brother and my weddings and she can make just about anything anyone could ask for! She suffers with terrible arthritis and knitting has been a great way for her to keep her hands, and mind active when sitting watching TV with Dad at night, she loves making things that you all enjoy

So meet Flo, the lady behind all the knitted beauties on here! The woman I aspire to be like every day and who I love very much
