✨ It’s not often we share the process behind a design—most of the time, you only see the polished finished spaces. Today, we’re giving you a little peek into our upstairs living room design.

This time last year, we were deep in preparations for the 2024 Fall Birmingham Home & Garden Inspiration Home—a true whirlwind of creativity, collaboration, and long nights. It was such a joy to work alongside so many talented designers, and I’m still so grateful we had the opportunity to be part of it.

Enjoyed styling with our clients antiques for a holiday table scape. We partnered her vintage brass candle holder of various sizes with a juxtaposition of contemporary candle sticks and recycled glass votive holders for an eclectic and artsy aesthetic. We plan for these to be accompanied by live florals and greenery for Thanksgiving guests. It will be stunning and organic.

It’s such a fun transformation to see our designs come to life! We had a great time working with (yes, they can do interiors too!) on this project! We had the sweetest most grateful client and an amazing contractor who executed this design to perfection!

To get the right product we have to sit test🛁🫧

Last week we met with our sweet design client to discuss the plumbing fixtures for her space and tried out some tubs.

When selecting a soaking tub, we like for our clients to sit test to make sure it’s a good ergonomic fit for their body. Much like with furniture, things that can effect comfort are seating depth and width, arm height and pitch.
